About Simon Currie
I am a native speaker of both Japanese and English having been raised and educated in both Japan and Canada.
With 10 years of experience translating at major Japanese companies, I am especially qualified for IT related Japanese to English translations, but I am also capable of translating other fields such as patents, contracts, websites, business documents, advertisement, music, and sports.
My strength as a translator lies in accurately picking up every nuance in the source Japanese documents and translating them into natural and concise English.
I also have experience leading Japanese-English conferences and meetings, as well as acting as an interpreter at the Nagano Olympics.
